Product Introduction

The G series gear measurement center is a high-end new generation gear measurement center developed by Harbin Jinliang Precision Instrument Co., Ltd. The product adopts the principle of electronic development measurement, adopts a natural marble base, uses imported ultra-high precision circulating guide rails in the tangential direction, DDR direct drive motor spindle drive system, and DDL linear motor linear shaft drive system. The new generation of CNC system, high-speed data acquisition and processing system, equipped with high-precision digital micrometer system (Renishao SP80H true 3D digital probe). This product pursues stability, efficiency, high precision, and high configuration in its structural layout. Key components are treated with long-term natural failure measures, and the key structural components and overall structure have been optimized and designed using large-scale finite element analysis software. The instrument has achieved superior, reliable, and high-end quality in both overall and local performance

Instrument characteristics

1: The instrument base is made of specially processed natural marble to ensure the accuracy of each reference plane

Measurement function

Workpiece eccentricity compensation: The reference axis of the clamped workpiece does not coincide with the eccentricity of the instrument's rotation axis. The Jinliang software system calculates the eccentricity and deflection errors for sample detection, and then performs precise compensation for the eccentricity and deflection errors during measurement and measurement results. This technology improves the precision measurement accuracy of gears with large center hole deviation or without center hole and internal gears. In the domestic gear measurement industry, Jinliang has taken the lead in breaking through this technology and achieved the latest linear correction of positive and side busbars, compensating for instrument loss errors, improving the later use accuracy and measurement accuracy of the instrument, truly achieving superior and reliable high-end quality

Imported 3D digital probe sensor: The 3D scanning digital probe is sourced from the RENISHAW brand in the UK, with the model number "SP80H". The SP80H shaft mounted scanning probe adopts digital scale and reading head technology, combined with innovative separation optical measurement principles, which can provide excellent scanning performance even with long measuring needles

Repeatable needle exchange for convenient, fast, and flexible detection of workpieces

SP80H has mechanical positioning and can be used as a probe exchange to repeatedly reposition the probe, providing a combination of probes for each feature measurement without the need for recalibration. Installing SP80H can turn on/off the measuring head, without the need to return to zero when the system is powered on and restarted
